The timing isn't difficult to work out, although the song begins with the string on the
6th fret (ensure that you play the A string open with this).
At the end of each lyric line, either bend the strings in the A chord as hard as you can (!)
or move the shape up to fret 3, then 4 in quick succession.

opposed to powerchords (I don't know which it actually is) :

permentantly on fret 9 and 10 and hammering on/off on 11 with 3rd and little
